Dear Parents/Guardians
If you signed up for one of the Watch Me Learn sessions over the next three days, we are excited to have you in the school to observe. The sessions on all three days start at 10:30 a.m.
Please make sure that you come to the school doors under the canopy facing Matchett so that you can be buzzed into the school. We will have you sign in the visitor’s log book outside the office and then show you down to the classroom. At 11:15 a.m. I will make an announcement to have all parents/guardians meet in the school foyer outside the office where each of you will be asked to fill out a brief electronic survey which will be available in either English or Arabic. The survey is a way to gather parent feedback on the school. Please call the office, at 519-077-2200, if you have any questions.
